HANNAH ROWAN

BIOGRAFIA

Hannah Rowan è un’artista multidisciplinare britannica con sede a Brighton, nel Regno Unito. Il suo lavoro esplora le sfuggenti complessità dell’acqua che mette insieme una relazione liquida tra il corpo umano e i sistemi geologici ed ecologici. Lavora attraverso scultura, installazione, performance, video e suono per esplorare la forma incerta dei materiali. Hannah ha studiato MA Sculpture al Royal College of Art (2018) e BA Fine Art alla Central Saint Martins (2012), entrambi a Londra. Il lavoro di Hannah è stato esposto a livello internazionale in mostre personali: Tides in the Body, C+N Gallery CANEPANERI, Milano, Italia (2023); Chrysalis, Sebastien Bertrand, Ginevra, Svizzera (2021); Triple Point, Belo Campo, Lisbona, Portogallo (2020); Prima Materia, Assembly Point (2019) e Bodies of Water: Age of Fluidity, White Crypt, entrambi Londra, Regno Unito (2018). La sua pratica e ricerca nell’Alto Artico è stata supportata dall’Arts Council England.
