FORMAZIONE

Deng Shiqing (1992) si è laureata all’Accademia Centrale di Belle Arti di Pechino, dove ha vinto numerosi premi per studenti. Ha conseguito un MFA presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di New York. Deng ha vinto diversi concorsi tra cui:  Primo premio nel concorso d’arte del Salone Internazionale dell’Art Renewal Center; "Best of Show’ nel Concorso Internazionale Biennale Ritratto; Finalista del BP Portrait Award e menzioni d’onore da The Bennett Prize e il 2018 - 2019 Chubb Fellow Competition. Nel 2023 Demo ha vinto l’ambito Premio Bennett 3. Il suo lavoro è stato esposto al National Museum of China di Pechino, Da Fen Art Museum di Shenzen, l’edificio delle Nazioni Unite, Sotheby a New York City, così come in mostre collettive a New York e Miami.
